History of the Sport
NASCAR is actually an acronym for National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing. The organization was founded in 1948 by Ed Otto and William France. Both men noted that the people enjoyed the race car, and must take a certain standardization of the industry behind the race for the riders a little bit up, and the race for the fair people to participate. Since we want to give more to the race course, the number of fans who pay to see – a natural step in the marketing of NASCAR want.
In the early years of NASCAR racing the cars were “strictly stock”, which usually means they want to make their release. The first company that took advantage of advertising opportunities, is especially carmakers, even though the 1970s, hoping to increase substantially the number of firms that sponsored racers.
